PET Cover Structure

The structure of the PET cover mainly includes the following parts:
PET film: This is the main material of the cover, usually with a thickness of 0.1mm to 0.25mm. PET film has good transparency and film-forming properties, and can provide good visual effects and protection. Elastic layer: Located under the PET film, it can be a rubber layer, gel layer or polyurethane layer. The thickness of the elastic layer is between 0.05 and 0.5mm, which can improve the tensile recovery ability of the cover and meet the performance requirements of the curled cover. Optical adhesive layer: Used to bond the PET film and the elastic layer together to ensure the stability and durability of the structure. Ink layer: Located under the elastic layer, it is used to print logos or patterns to increase the beauty and functionality of the product. Anti-scratch hardened film layer: Located above the PET film, with a thickness of 0.003 to 0.05mm, it is used to protect the cover from scratches. These parts together form the structure of the PET cover, giving it good stretch recovery, scratch resistance and transparency, making it suitable for a variety of application scenarios that require high transparency and durability.
